There are packages sold in which you can use in an instant but you may choose to create your own. Spa heat wraps are mainly made of bandage rolls made of elastic fiber and has varying sizes and are currently sold in many drug stores. An adult would need fifteen rolls in an average.

The next matter that you should know about is that it would be best if you would use some large safety pins because they will make your work faster. The bandages already include in them clips which can be used also in fastening. You can obtain the pins in a store or you may already have those in the sewing kit.

Moreover, you would also need to buy the solution or if you want to, you can formulate your own and start by knowing the necessary ingredients. Most of these would depend on your aroma therapeutic preferences. You will also be able to adjust the contents based on what you want or your needs if you make your own.

One more tip which you could use is that you must be able to look for a polyvinyl carbonate work out suit and this will be available in sporting good stores. This stuff is just inexpensive and it is made up of rubber like material that acts like jogging suits promoting sweating. This are not among those fleece sweat suits but this usually have a one size fits all and is secure by a velcro or some strings.

Then, you would have to turn on the heat inside the home with your heating system or you could bring a portable heater in your bathroom. This would be necessary because you might feel a little chilly when you apply the piece. This will also keep you out of the drafts which cause the chills.

You will then have to pour the solution you mixed into a bucket and make sure that it would be sufficient to soak the bandages. To ensure that these will not cause burning, you may adjust the tub water temperature or add cool water into the bucket. You must soak the pieces in a way that they will all absorb the solution before removing them.

To apply these on your legs, start with one from the lower part and then end up on the knee. In doing the wrapping, no skin should be left exposed but all must have been covered.
