To ensure you take care of the brain too, an individual should use rosemary and lemongrass which is known and proven to have the ability to improve clarity of the mind. It should be used in combination with lavender that helps calm the mind and heart. Left overs should never be part of a person who would like be well in health wise, also processed or canned substances are a risk too and should be avoided.

Before taking your daily bath, it is advisable to be taking a few minutes massage on the body with warm oil, this has the effect of ensuring the blood is circulating as it is supposed, keep your skin lively and at the same time relax the mind. Always make sure you sleep enough sleep for the body to rest for this is the main pillar for a healthy life.

At least each day one should always aim to take water a minimum of eight glasses the whole day for it would help avoid constipating and lack of water which is not healthy to the skin. Each of this actions meant to keep on fit should be done as it is supposed and are not to be exaggerated. A lot of sleeping is not well, a lot of exercise would cause great fatigue and affect ones normal functioning and also some things as surfing the net in excess are dangerous.

Once one is sure the eating habit is good and the body is responding well then he/she should engage in exercising to keep fit physically. The practice is helpful in burning down excess fats and avoid such complications as heart problem. The practice hours are best performed in the morning hours.
