Link's Trials & Optimum Nutrition to Complete Them

By Rob Sutter

You'd be hard-pressed to find another person in Hyrule who has more on plate than Link. The green-clothed hero of this normally peaceful land is someone who has done more for people than what they would ever believe and a lot of that comes from his physical conditioning. After all, being able to do such things as ride a horse and swing a sword do not come about easily. Link would have to practice and I believe optimum nutrition can help him in this way, too.

When it comes to appearance, Link doesn't appear to be any bigger or taller than someone off the street. He doesn't have gigantic muscles, per se, but the truth is that his normal appearance allows players to identify with him better. Link is still one of the more impressive characters due to his actions, though, and his ability to handle himself with a sword is just the tip of the iceberg. Link has to be able to continually work and his physicality is going to be helped.

Link is someone who has to consider optimum nutrition and the importance behind it. Protein, for instance, allows the body to maintain its strength and muscle building is supported by it as well. I'm not going to say that Link is going to become a hulking mammoth of a man overnight but he has to stay in shape so that he can be the hero he's always been. Link's amount of work ethic can only help his overall stature and companies like the Muscular Development Store can assist him along the way.

Link has to be certain that protein is taken into the body but in regulated doses. I'm not going to deny that it's important but what I know is that it should only account for a portion of the diet. Animal products possess a great level of importance and keeping up a well-rounded diet should be something considered a given. Link is unquestionably quick but with too much meat in the body, it may bring him down and make him more sluggish than normal.

Link is someone who is tasked with the betterment of the world and having such a large responsibility has to be daunting for him. Link's work as a hero is not something that should be counted out, either, especially when you considering how in shape he is. He's taken up good nutrition, I could imagine, which only made him function that much better as a hero. My only hope is that he can continue this trend for the games to be released later.
