Another very important component of soybeans is the proteins. The proteins in soybeans contain all the nine amino acids that are required by the body. These amino acids are usually linked together to make proteins. Nowadays, nutritionists recommend the use of soybeans to supplement meat with too much cholesterol and fat. Note that too much fats and cholesterol is not good for the body as they bring about diseases like heart problem.

Other health benefits obtained from both soybean vitamins and isoflavones include reducing the risk of developing cancer. Isoflavones are known to be antioxidants and we all know that antioxidants are body protectors. They prevent the body from contracting various kinds of diseases especially cancer. In men, it reduces their risk of getting prostate cancer among others.
