This might be hard to do but we want to do it because this is for our own good and one of them is Pilates.

This is a good exercise that can help improve the reflexes of our body, have an equally posture and balance, and your reflexes as well. It is a good form of body rehabilitation for those who have problems in their bones and body posture. The easiest form of conversion system which you do not need to turn over the carriage. There are commonly 2 mats that will be used on the top of the frame and it is built for stability. The attachments are provides this stability and prevent the frame to fall off from the activities you will do.

You may add another mat, if you are comfortable with 2 mats being used. Be sure to place it on the right spot and do not let it move while having your activity. You start resting your shoulders and start raising the foot bar.
